Build America was founded by Thomas Frangos in to fill a need in beautiful yet affordable new housing. He is a graduate of Northeastern University's College of Engineering in Boston with a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds an MBA Degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has built and been involved with hundreds of new homes in several states in the course of 21 years in the business and holds construction licenses in Massachusetts, Maine, and California (NH does not license general contractors).

Mr. Frangos is an active member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. He is a former project manager for the nation’s largest luxury home builder. Professionals in engineering, architecture, and construction complete the picture.

When you've decided a move to a new home is in order, Build America has developed a construction concept to make your experience as easy, free-of-risk, and enjoyable as possible. Buying a newly constructed home is no more difficult than buying a used one. Many of our clients participate in the construction process while living in another state. Construction specifications and details are all provided in a clear and concise manner to allow you to go about your daily activities far from the construction site, if you choose. Typical correspondence can be via e-mail, including pictures, or telephone. One-stop-shopping for all options and color selections are typically managed at the time of executing a construction agreement. We will provide contacts with national organizations, including GMAC Mortgage, to assist you with a construction loan. We make it easy!
